1 – no deep fried food

2 – 3 x15 (15-20) push-ups daily

3 – 3 x 45 sec planks daily

 

Sarah:

1 – 2 x 10 push-ups daily

2 – 2 x 40 crunches daily

 

Dave:

1 – 4 x 20 push-ups daily

2 – 3 x 15 alt. lunges

3 – Continue “Slow-Carb” meal plans
