March 1st – 14th

Dave’s goals for this period of time are:

  1. Follow the “Slow-Carb” diet plan from the book, “The 4 Hour Body”
  2. Do at least 3 sets of 15 push-ups daily

Colin’s goals for this period of time are:

  1. Attend the gym 4 times/week
  2. Drink alcohol only one day/week

Sarah’s goals for this period of time are:

  1. 10 push-ups daily
  2. 40 sit-ups daily
  3. Walk Kasey at least 3 times/week (if not on vacation)
  4. Yoga at least one time/week

  15. 03/12 – skiing – I exerted enough energy, calories and will power for the day – that was my exercise πŸ™‚

    03/13 – completed sit-ups and push-ups!
